Supporting the IT needs of your clients is an ever-changing challenge. Call it a continuum of issues and solutions – and we are here to help you. From backup and disaster recovery to remote monitoring and management, our aim is to transform and redefine how you deliver managed services to your clients, profitably.
Continuum began in 2011. Our Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software and 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) were quickly joined by Vault, our backup and disaster recovery (BDR) solution, and we have been consistently increasing and improving our services since then.
We offer a fully integrated solutions approach with ubiquitous, unified management for PCs, Macs, Windows and Linux, backup and disaster recovery solutions, and mobile devices. We are the only managed service partner that offers true management with intelligent monitoring, a tightly integrated world-class Network Operations Center (NOC) and a 24/7 Help Desk with a SaaS-based management portal.
In your world, less is definitely not more. We’re all about delivering more, learning more, pushing harder, and improving your results. We’ve worked hard to become the leading provider of intelligent, resolution-oriented management software and data protection solutions for our more than 3,400 IT and managed services providers partners who rely on us to manage over 500,000 endpoints, and growing.
We’re growing at a fast rate and are looking for talented people to join our team. We’ve developed a culture that values our time and the time of others in a challenging and rewarding environment. That said, are you someone who is energetic, bright, inquisitive, hard-working and plays a strong ping pong game? If the answer to all of the above is yes, we want to talk to you.
We are looking for a great candidate to join our fast-paced growing company. The ideal person is a strong customer advocate, understands technology, and has prior mobile application and/or SaaS experience. As product manager, you will help define the product based on your industry experience and through regular contact with partners and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
There are no guarantees for veterans returning home and trying to make the transition back into private life. We want to stack the odds in their favor, so the Continuum Veterans Foundation is dedicated to helping our returning troops find jobs.
With more than 450,000 IT job openings each year, many are well suited for veterans who received technology training while on duty. Established in July 2012, the foundation provides financial support to local and national charities that focus on helping our veterans find employment, especially in the information technology field. Recently, the foundation donated $50,000 to Hire Heroes USA, which translates to helping nearly 50 veterans find jobs, most in the IT services industry.

First, why do an email campaign? It’s an important question because email campaigns are not as easy as picking up the phone to make cold calls and, done right, they take time to plan. Being in the IT industry, it’s important to create a personal relationship with your audience and position yourself as an authority regarding customers’ IT needs. An email campaign is one of the best ways to educate on IT topics pertinent to customers.
The sixth installment of a monthly blog series offering tips and best practices on various ways MSPs can help their SMB clients work through the most challenging daily business issues. In last month’s installment of, “Better Call an MSP,” I discussed how to identify the current stage of your MSP. This time, let’s focus on how to stay ahead of the game when it comes to malware and virus attacks. It used to be that simply installing an anti-virus or anti-malware program for clients would deliver complete peace of mind regarding computer security and protection. Now, there is a growing trend where hackers are making a living out of exposing and uncovering flaws and gaps within the security protection programs that you and clients have been relying on.
How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year? Since Continuum is 100 percent channel focused, the company pursued Shannon Mayer for her extensive channel relationships, joining in January 2015. She manages Continuum's strategic partnerships and events, builds relationships with MSP partners, manages the company's Navigate 2015 Conference (which had 400+ attendees in 2014) and is building out the EMEA partner program.
How have you personally helped advance your company's channel business over the past year? Dee Zepf has led a major initiative over the last year to launch Continuity247, a fully managed backup platform specifically designed for the channel. Continuity247 is supported by Continuum's NOC which proactively monitors, troubleshoots and remediates any problems to ensure backups run 24x7x365.

By In last month’s blog post, I focused on how to measure company benchmarks once you’ve made the switch to delivering managed IT services. However, while it’s important to set measurable benchmarks, that’s not enough. You also need a plan to overcome obstacles that could prevent you from meeting or exceeding your goals. Let’s discuss three best practices to succeed in this new business model.
