Michael GeorgeCEO
Michael has over 25 years of experience in starting, building and leading world-class software companies. Prior to joining Continuum in 2011, Michael was the CEO of RFID software leader OATSystems. During his tenure, Michael successfully repositioned the company with a vertical market strategy and the company dominated several key market segments. OAT was acquired by Checkpoint Systems (NASDQ:CKPT) in June 2008.
Prior to OAT Michael was the CEO of Bowstreet. Michael joined Bowstreet in 2003 and successfully redefined the company as a leader in portal infrastructure composite applications. After significant growth the company was acquired by IBM (NYSE:IBM) in December 2005.
Early career experience includes being the CEO and holding other senior executive positions for Interlynx (acquired in 2000), TALX Corporation (NASDAQ: TALX acquired by Equifax NYSE:EFX in 2006), and DEKA R&D Corporation an innovator of minimally invasive infusion pump technology, a stair climbing wheelchair, and the human transporter SEGWAY. Michael is a graduate of Suffolk University where he served as a Trustee for 10 years. Michael also completed MIT's Birthing of Giants Executive MBA Program.
Rob AutorSenior Vice President of Global Service Delivery
Rob joined Continuum in 2012 and has more than 25 years of operations, technology management and consulting experience. He is responsible for all aspects of driving superior service quality at Continuum’s network operations center (NOC) and Service Desk. Rob is also responsible for Continuum’s IT Division.
Prior to joining Continuum, Rob was the principal of his own firm, RSA Consulting, where he led large-scale business and IT transformation initiatives costing hundreds of millions of dollars. Earlier, he was Executive Vice President – Operations and Technology at Sallie Mae, where he led more than 5,000 employees in internal IT, global call center and processing operations. Rob also served as Sallie Mae’s Chief Information Officer where he led the transformation of the IT division into a high performance, ROI-oriented, customer-focused organization. His experience includes management and consulting positions at Nellie Mae (acquired by Sallie Mae), Towers Perrin and Price Waterhouse. During his tenure at Sallie Mae, Autor was honored by Computerworld as one of its Premier 100 IT Leaders, and Sallie Mae was ranked #20 by Information Week in their Top 500 List of IT Innovators. Rob has a BS degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from the State University of New York.
Steve RickettsVice President of Marketing
Steve has over 20 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in startup and public software companies. Steve joined Continuum in 2011 and he is responsible for marketing, product management and business development. Previously, Steve was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Navarik and Vice President of Marketing for Akorri.
Prior to Akorri, Steve was with IBM's Software Group, where he was the Program Director for WebSphere Portal and Web Content Management. Before joining IBM, Steve was the Vice President of Marketing at Bowstreet. Bowstreet was acquired by IBM in December of 2005. Prior to Bowstreet, Steve was Vice President of Marketing at Emptoris. During his tenure with Emptoris, the company grew to become the leading provider of strategic sourcing solutions.
Prior to Emptoris, Steve co-founded ScanSoft (now Nuance Communications). He was instrumental in taking the company public in March 1999. Steve has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from Iowa State University.
Dee Zepf Vice President of Product Management and Technical Services
Dee Zepf joined Continuum in 2011 bringing with her over twenty years of software and product management experience.
Prior to Continuum, Dee was the Senior Director of Product at Care.com the largest and fastest growing online service for finding care providers. Dee was responsible for leading product management, release management, and user experience. Dee has a long track record of commitment to building great products and has held senior product positions at IBM, Bowstreet, Idealab, and Lotus Development. Dee is a graduate of Simmons College, with a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science.
Mark ConnollyVice President of Sales
Mark Connolly brings more than 20 years of sales and business development experience to Continuum. In his role as Vice President of Sales, he is responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic direction of the Continuum sales organization. Prior to joining Continuum, Mark worked as a sales consultant, developing growth strategies for early stage software companies. Mark has also served as the Vice President of Sales for several software companies (including Bowstreet, Watchfire, HealthcareSource and e-Credit), where he built and led the sales organizations and drove revenue growth from the companies' early stages. Mark was also a Director of Sales for IBM in the Lotus division, Vice President of Business Development for Computer Associates and held several sales and leadership positions with Kronos, Inc. He is a graduate of Northeastern University with a BA in Education.
Louise SimondsEngineering Program Director
Louise joined the Continuum team in 2012, after more than thirty years of experience building a variety of software in environments ranging from startups to large enterprises.
Prior to joining Continuum, Louise led a worldwide team at IBM contributing to the success of the IBM WebSphere Portal platform. In this role, she led the application development tooling effort, as well as the functional test and maintenance service programs for WebSphere Portal, and several teams contributing out-of-the-box, reusable components.
Before transitioning to a formal management role, Louise enjoyed a long career as a hands-on developer and technical lead at Bowstreet, and at Biztravel.com, an early entry in the online travel booking industry that was acquired by Rosenbluth International in 1999. Louise began her career developing CAD/CAM and simulation tools at Digital Equipment Corporation.
Louise earned a B.S in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts.
Stephen RoyalCFO
Stephen has more than 25 years of financial management experience in rapidly growing private, public and pre-IPO software, service and high-tech companies. Stephen joined Continuum in 2011 and he is responsible for the financial operations of the company.
Prior to Continuum, Stephen was CFO at Copanion, a leading provider of tax document automation applications. Steve's experience also includes CFO positions with OATSystems, a leading provider of RFID software solutions, CXO Systems, a provider of real-time operational intelligence software, Net to Net Technologies, a provider of network access solutions and Engage, a leading provider of enterprise marketing software and interactive media. At Engage, Steve led the company's $100MM+ IPO. Steve has a BS degree in Accounting at Merrimack College and an MBA in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College.
Rajiv Dhingra Sr. Vice President of Operations
Rajiv Dhingra is COO for Continuum's India Operations. Rajiv has over 20 years of experience in IT services and the manufacturing sector and his core competency is in operational and general management. Prior to Continuum, Rajiv was COO of India Operations at Zenith Infotech.
Prior to Zenith, Rajiv was a business consultant for Read Rite Co. Ltd. Rajiv's experience also includes Customer Service positions at NexStor India Limited and Infocom Digital Systems Ltd. He was also a Manager - Program Management for JTS Technology Limited and a Customer Support Engineer for Brahma of India Limited.
Rajiv holds a bachelor of Computer engineering degree and postgraduate diploma in International Business.
