Partners can also take advantage of the Remote Troubleshooting Team for service requests. You can forward any event identities, application messages, windows error messages and other anomalies to Continuum for best effort troubleshooting.
Proactive Server Care
Proactive Server Care was designed for IT Service providers who would like to off-load the heavy burden of monitoring repetitive, administrative processing to Continuum, while their own technicians focus on completing projects and building client relations. Partners work with the Critical Notification Team just as in the Server Watch service offering below. In addition, partner alerts generated by Continuum’s RMM software can be sent to our Remote Remediation Team, which then remotely connect to the troubled server to apply a Continuum best practices solution.
Server Watch was designed for IT Service providers who prefer a hands-on approach to resolving server problems, yet want to use our Back Office Services monitoring to reduce the time required for filtering through alerts and researching resolutions. Our partners coordinate with our Critical Notification Team through the Escalation Templates we employ for configuring phone call notifications.
What’s more, we make it easy for busy IT professionals to provide more responsive service to their customers while maximizing productivity outside the office. For example, a free iOS app for Continuum partners provides comprehensive remote access to the same robust RMM features available from a desktop or laptop and the ability to remotely support customer devices. And with our SMS escalation alert feature, partners can choose to receive alert notifications via text instead of a phone call.
