Season's Greetings! In the spirit of the holiday season, we're bringing you the 12 days of IT SNAFUs - you know, those situations where IT hits the fan and you turn into a total Grinch. Some SNAFUs make you hit the eggnog harder than others, but we'll be highlighting top concerns and uh-ohs in the managed IT services industry. Excuse me if I sound like Ebonezer, but between faulty patches, customer disconnect, human error, and more, it's not always a holly jolly good time, is it? Bah-humbug!

In today's parody video, we kick off our lookback on the year with the 12 IT Nightmares of 2014. Heartbleed, Shellshock, Bash Bug - which cybersecurity crises were the most worthy of a lump of coal from your MSP business? Let us know in the comments below! For now, try not to get this sing-along stuck in your head...

Annnnnd as a special treat, we've created a complimentary infographic, counting down the 2014 IT Nightmares. Make sure you keep checking back on our blog to find even more goodies. Who knows? Our elves might be hard at work, preparing virtual gift-card giveaways...
