Top 5 Reasons You Should Attend Sales Academy Foundations Training

Don’t you wish there was an easier way to master the art of selling managed services?

Continuum is proud to offer all our partners exclusive content and training catering to various roles through Continuum University, and we’re excited to expand Continuum University to provide in-person training opportunities designed specifically for you. Our first live Sales Academy Foundations training occurred in May, with MSPs joining us in our Cranberry Township office for an exclusive two-day training filled with content, learning, networking and entertainment. In this post, I'd like to go over the top five reasons why Sales Academy Foundations is so impactful for you and your MSP business.

1. Learn Effective Selling Methods

During this two-day training, you learn the art of objection handling using the LSCPA method (listen, share, clarify, problem solve, and ask for action), which has proven effective for top performing sales professionals and will help you win more business. The training also covers best practices for selling managed security and help desk services, provides the opportunity to practice and perfect your elevator pitch, and covers tips and tricks for mastering your first meeting.

2. Share Ideas, Struggles and Successes with Your Peers

Who better to learn from than MSPs and sales professionals who understand the struggles and successes you experience every day? Your peers are a great resource for problem solving, thinking outside the box, and sharing proven sales tactics.

During Sales Academy Foundations, a local MSP will share their personal success story with you. This unique session is a crowd favorite, providing you with tangible value, inspiration, and tips for you to implement into your own MSP practice.

3. Boost Your Resume

Once you’ve completed our training, you’ll have a graduation ceremony and receive a certificate of completion to celebrate newly acquired skills and resources. You can use this completion certificate to bolster your resume, enhance your LinkedIn profile, and stand out among your peers!

4. Increase Your Sales Revenue

Sales Academy Foundations is designed to provide you with building blocks to successfully sell Continuum’s solutions, products and services. By attending, you’ll gain the confidence and tools necessary to more effectively market and sell your company’s products and service offerings to your client and prospect base. Ultimately, you can become a more successful sales professional while helping your organization increase their bottom line.

5. Meet and Network with the Continuum Team

Hosting the two-day training at our office gives you the opportunity to meet and network with the Continuum leadership team, your account owners, technical and customer success managers, and many others you work with daily. It’s the perfect opportunity to connect on a more personal level, and you can also get a tour of our Help Desk operation. We strategically cap each session at 15 people to ensure you’re able to get the most out of your training and your time at Continuum.

We hope to see you at our next Sales Academy Foundations training from July 19–20 in our Cranberry Township, PA, office. For information about this event, contact your account manager or visit the Sales Academy Foundations page to register.

*At this time, Sales Academy Foundations is only open to current Continuum Partners.
