Many of you wear different hats, acting as technicians/business owners/salesmen/marketers/superheroes. That's a lot to take on, and you can't do it alone. Well, we're here to help!
At Navigate, I had the opportunity to work alongside other members of Continuum’s marketing team to host the Grow Your Business Genius Bar – an all-inclusive marketing support hub where we worked with more than 140 Continuum partners to conduct website and social media reviews, create custom-branded sales collateral and videos, and more. We received some great feedback at the event, and partners have been asking us how we can continue to support their marketing efforts; with that in mind, we're excited to launch the Grow Your Business video series! Now, you can follow along with our new collection of short tutorials designed to teach IT professionals the sales and marketing strategies and tactics you need to succeed in today's digital marketplace. In this first episode, we're discussing how to get your MSP business found online and confronting the following statements head-on:
"I do fine with referrals, but I don't know how to attract new leads."
"I have a website, but i don't really know if it's doing anything."
"I know I need to enhance my website, but I don't know where to start."
If your business growth is stagnant, it could be because no one ever explained the basic tenets of search engine optimization (SEO) or why it's so valuable for local managed IT services businesses. Phonebooks don't cut it anymore. To attract people to your website, you need to understand your audience and learn how to play by Google's rules.
