Mandatory Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone who has proven experience with managing QA team and responsible for delivering high quality software and has high attention to detail and ownership over the quality of the product.

Job Description

  • Apply payments in the billing system to partner accounts.
  • Update partner account information in various systems.
  • Call and email partners to collect on past due balances.
  • Answer partner’s inquiries via email and phone including invoice explanations, payment methods, and non-technical product questions.
  • Research invoice and payment disputes.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Desired Skills

  • Strong communication skills written and verbal with Neutral Accent.
  • 1+ years of experience communicating with US or UK customers on the phone.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Collection experience preferred.
  • Should be flexible to work nights or late shifts.

Educational Qualifications

  • Should have a degree in commerce or an education background related to finance.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or collections.
