Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in recruitment and 3 years as supervisory or managerial role
  • Profound knowledge in IT/ ITES recruitment practices
  • Pleasant personality and good communication skills

Job Description

  • Generate weekly MIS and on -demand reports as per requirement from senior management members.
  • Design customized and executable staffing plans while building excellent relationships with the recruiting team and business heads.
  • Facilitate the interview process with the respective line managers, Salary fitment, negotiation and offer roll out.
  • Manage vendors.
  • Manage a team of recruiters.
  • Source candidates through various job portals, social media channel like LinkedIn, Facebook, Google etc and other professional communities for cost effective hiring Telephonic screening, fundamental analysis and short listing of the candidates.
  • Prepare job descriptions based on the requirements analysis with Business Heads.
  • Design and come up with innovative ideas and creative marketing strategies/campaigns to attract and recruit the best talent in the industry.
  • Handle all recruitment procedures and are responsible for end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical requirements across levels.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the recruiting team.
  • Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary.

Desired Skills

  • Must have good team handling and vendor management experience. 

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate/Post Graduate, preferably MBA in HR.
