Mandatory Requirement

  • Excellent Knowledge of Hype-V and System Center, Hyper-V Cluster, Auto deploy, Host profiles, dv Switches, storage clusters and performance tuning ESXi.
  • Work Shift(24*7 support): Normal work week with rotational on-call Teir IV support responsibilities.

Job Description

  • Excellent knowledge of Hyper-V and System center
  • Installation and Configuring Virtual Machines for Server Consolidation and HA
  • Managing and troubleshooting Hyper V cluster issues.
  • Create VM s, V-disk s and install guest OS
  • Configure and Manage Virtual Networks
  • Managing Virtual Machine Snapshots
  • Troubleshooting complex Hyper-V production issues
  • Knowledge of System Center 2012 and System Center Virtual Machine Manager
  • Configuring and managing virtualization hosts, networking, and storage resources.
  • Maintain and manage Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 infrastructure including high-availability Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Maintain and manage SAN hardware and storage.
  • Creation and management of private cloud using VMM
  • Responsible for a large virtual infrastructure running VMWare VSphere 5.5 and 5.1.
  • In depth knowledge of VMware Heartbeat, Autodeploy, Host profiles, dvSwitches, storage clusters and performance tuning ESXi.
  • Experience with vSphere problem determination and root cause analysis investigation
  • Experience automating tasks with scripting and programing languages such as PowerShell
  • Ability to design robust processes for complex problems.

  • Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written, including writing product copy 
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, communications, decision making, and organization skills.
