Mandatory Requirement

  • Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Lync 2010 / 2013 administration and support.
  • Work Shift(24*7 support): Normal work week with rotational on-call Teir IV support responsibilities.

Job Description

  • In-depth knowledge of UCC instant messaging, web conferencing and voice architecture for medium to large-scale corporate organizations.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Microsoft Lync administrator, Microsoft Lync platform includes Microsoft Lync 2010 / 2013, Lync Online, and Office Communications Server 2007 / 2007 R2.
  • Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Lync 2010 / 2013 administration and support.
  • Hands-on experience on Lync Online / Office 365.
  • Expert troubleshooting experience on Lync chat, online meetings, enterprise voice, and video routing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Lync enterprise voice concepts and strong PSTN knowledge. Experience with Lync Dial Plan, Voice Policies, Unified Messaging, SIP trunks, audio gateways and audio conferencing.
  • Media gateway experience (e.g. Audiocodes, Sonus).
  • Extensive experience on Microsoft Lync services in high availability and disaster recovery.
  • Hands-on experience in Active Directory, load balancing, reverse proxy, DNS, certificate and related components.
  • Knowledge on PowerShell scripting.
  • Proven technical and analytical problem solving skills.
  • Consistently shows initiative, strong teamwork, high productivity, strong organization skills, high quality/accurate work products, and experience working in a global, virtual team.
  • Excellent communication skills in project management, writing, presenting, informing and active listening, team player, excellent people skills, out-of-the-box thinker, and ability to interact with all levels of resources in an organization.
  • Independence and ownership:  work with a minimum of direct supervision or guidance from others.  Takes ownership for actions, seeks feedback and takes direction to support goals
