Job Description

  • Experience as a full-time Exchange administrator (Exchange 2000 or later).
  • Good experience in managing servers &; troubleshooting Exchange related issues.
  • Issues with OWA, Active Sync, Outlook anywhere, Exchange Mailbox database.
  • Troubleshooting internal/external mail flow issues, having good knowledge of exchange Anti-spam 2007/2010 and 2013.
  • Good Knowledge of SMTP/POP/IMAP protocols.
  • Troubleshooting Outlook connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshooting Offline address book issues.
  • Configuration of Exchange policies.
  • Good Knowledge on DAG, Exchange server clusters and other high availability features of exchange 2010/2013.
  • Building smart rules for monitoring & managing Exchange servers.
  • Good on Exchange ADM.
  • Capable of troubleshooting Exchange in case of disaster recovery situations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to accurately follow documented procedures.
  • Aptitude to learn new technologies as they are incorporated into the system.
