Job Description

  • Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes
  • Month-end closing of the billing group information
  • Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes
  • Special program/billing planning and implementation
  • Personnel development; staff meetings
  • Staffing discussions and planning/interviews; Team building
  • Partner’s problem escalation and customer service
  • Assist with the implementation of a new billing system
  • Knowledge of managing billing portal
  • Problem solver attitude
  • Good skill in resolving queries from Partners
  • Prepares and reviews metrics report to set expectations and goals for the team
  • Deliver results against a defined scope of work that includes measurable ROI, strategic innovation, and performance reporting and employee development
  • Utilize A/R reports to identify accounts that are past timely payment and distribute to team and escalate as necessary
  • Coaches and monitors timely billing process to ensure satisfactory and timely functions
  • Provide guidance to collections and account receivable representatives in the resolution of difficult accounts. Ensure competence and continuity through effective training, motivation, coaching, development and recognition, as well as performance management as needed.
  • Resolves all complaints and concerns

Educational Qualification

  • MBA/CA/CPA or equivalent preferred
  • College degree in accounting/finance/business management preferred


  • 12-15 years of related experience required.
