Michael is CEO of Continuum and he has over 25 years of experience in starting, building and leading world-class software companies. Previously, he was the CEO of RFID software leader OATSystems where he successfully repositioned the company with a vertical market strategy and dominated several key market segments. OAT was acquired by Checkpoint Systems in 2008. Prior to OAT, Michael was the CEO of Bowstreet and successfully redefined the company as a leader in portal infrastructure composite applications. Bowstreet was acquired by IBM in 2005. Michael is a graduate of Suffolk University where he served as a Trustee for 10 years. Michael also completed MIT's Birthing of Giants Executive MBA Program.
From 2003 until 2013 Mr. Chisholm was the CEO of mindSHIFT Technologies, a provider of managed IT and cloud services to small and medium businesses throughout the US. Mr. Chisholm was hired in 2003 by the Venture Capital owners to rebuild a struggling company. He grew the company from $5M to just over $100M and managed the acquisition of the company by a large national retailer. Prior to joining mindSHIFT, Mr. Chisholm provided business management and telecom consulting to various venture capital firms. From 1996-2001 Mr. Chisholm was the President & Chief Executive Officer of COLT Telecom Group plc headquartered in London, England. Mr. Chisholm started his career at COLT in 1992 as the company’s first Managing Director and grew the company from inception to a public company with revenue of $1B.

Len is one of the most widely-recognized figures in the IT industry with more than 25 years experience in the channel. He joined Autotask in 2008. He has worked for two Fortune 100 companies, Alcoa, leader in lightweight metals technology, engineering and manufacturing, and Supervalu, a grocery industry leader and wholesale distributor. David has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Duquesne University and a master’s degree in information technology from Carnegie Mellon University.
Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, David Boulos is Senior Technical Account Manager at Continuum Managed IT Services. Before joining Continuum, Dave was a Technical Account Manager for Zenith Infotech, owner of Blackberry Meadows Organic Farm, and a technician with Team 1 Systems. In addition to several technical certifications, Dave has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as playing hockey and golf.
For nearly 20 years, Gary Harlam, as the founder and President of TAG has led the company to continually find ways to leverage technology in order to help clients increase their efficiency and reliability. In his role as CTO, he implemented tools and automation that allow TAG to proactively monitor the status of their clients’ equipment often allowing TAG to become aware of issues before the client.
Over the years, Gary has maintained the company’s focus ahead of the industry by evolving TAG offerings, tools, and skill sets, from Netware servers to Windows servers to virtual servers and now to the cloud.
With an early background in programming, Gary keeps his skills sharp by developing custom programs and reporting engines for his clients.
Prior to founding TAG, Gary worked at Lotus Development in their Quality Assurance Department then as the Co-Owner of Karew, a local manufacturer of mirrored perfume trays.
When not engrossed in technology, Gary loves to be on his boat cruising the local waters with his family. He also enjoys regular games of roller hockey or basketball.
Francois Daumard is Vice President, Channels at Fiberlink, overseeing sales, marketing and operations for North America. Prior to Fiberlink, he spent two years at Apple building the brand new channel of service providers capable of delivering integration solutions for iOS in business, a partner program that attracted hundreds of channel partners of all sizes, in the US and Canada.
Before that, Daumard worked for over a decade at Microsoft, where he developed channel expertise through a number of roles, including managing directly some key Distributors like Synnex and D&H, developing existing and new partner programs, and running the alliance between Microsoft and HP in SMB. He also had various marketing and I.T. management roles at Microsoft.
Prior to coming to the US, Daumard started his B2B-focused career in France as a business strategist for SFR, one of the largest telcos in Europe, and as a consultant for market research firm IDC.
Daumard has an MBA from the Wharton School.
Since 1998, Jason Holbrook has been the Owner, Chief Technology Integrator and Security Consultant at Empower Information Systems (EIS), providing Help Desk Support, Network Management and Business Continuity services to small and medium sized business customers. Based on Newport News, Virginia, EIS has been a Continuum partner since 2011. Jason is featured in a Continuum Success Story. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from East Carolina University.
Ted Roller, Vice President of Channel Development for LogMeIn, has spent his entire career working in the channel as either a reseller or channel vendor.
Roller launched Oxford Systems Integration, an Ohio based technology services organization, in 1991. In 2004, Roller merged with competitor PC Solutions to form the leading provider of technology solutions in southwestern Ohio, Quanexus. He sold the business to partner Jack Gerbs in 2006, who continues to run it today.
Since then, Roller has worked with itContol Solutions and Intronis to structure viable and profitable channel programs that are designed to both drive revenue and create bonds between channel partners and their end user customers. In 2012, Roller joined LogMeIn, charged with building and managing a channel engagement model designed to help MSPs extend their business to include network, data and app management with LogMeIn products. Roller has been recognized by CRN, MSPMentor, and others for his dedication to the success of channel partners worldwide. He is a former CompTIA Board Member, and currently chairs the CompTIA Cloud Community.
Roller continues to live in Ohio, and spends a great deal of time face to face with the channel community at events and roadshows.
Shannon has joined LogMeIn as the Channel Engagement Manager. She is focused on arming LogMeIn partners with in-demand products, education, and the tools they need to succeed in the increasingly competitive market. Prior to LogMeIn, Shannon was the Director of Marketing & Channel Relations for Datto Inc., where she helped the company more than quadruple its partner base, achieve its fourth consecutive year of 300% revenue growth, and win over 35 prestigious industry awards.
Shannon was named a 2013 Channel Chief by CRN and has also been named to the MSPmentor 250, CRN’s ‘Top 100 People You Don’t Know, But Should’, and CRN’s ‘Women of the Channel’ lists.

Terry has over 25 years of strategic software sales, business development and partner relationship expertise. He has a passion for bringing best-in-class technology to market in unique and creative ways.
Prior to joining Malwarebytes Terry helped propel Webroot Software into hyper-growth; and he is committed to repeating that success at an even higher level with Malwarebytes. Not your typical "biz dev guy", Terry has built several commercial software programs and ecommerce web sites and co-authored portions of "The High-Tech Marketing Companion", published by Addison-Wesley.
Chad Bacher leads the Product Management team at Malwarebytes. He is responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for the entire Malwarebytes product portfolio. Chad brings 15+ years of experience in the security and high tech industries. Prior to joining Malwarebytes, Bacher served as Chief Product Officer at Webroot with responsibility for over 20 products in the consumer, SMB, enterprise and OEM markets. Prior to that he held various Product Management positions at Abacus and Schwinn Cycling & Fitness. Bacher earned a BA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Win Pham is VP of Software Development for RapidFire Tools, makers of Network Detective. He has 20 years of product development experience and most recently has focused on monitoring and management software.
Tom Richbourg is responsible for the Project Management Office (PMO) and the Technical Services Center (TSC) which includes the Helpdesk, Technical Assistance Center (TAC), Network Operations Center (NOC) and Managed Services. In his position, he oversees a staff of 50 information technology professionals supporting SyCom’s diverse customer base.
Tom has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry which has included designing, building, managing and growing Support operations and PMOs, IT change management, project management, systems engineering, and software development. He is an experienced leader in building value added solutions that provide concrete improvements and efficiencies for both the customer and supporting company.
Prior to coming to SyCom, Tom was the Director of Packet360’s Project Management Office and the General Manager / Director of Engineering and Operations of Acision’s North American software development office. At Acision he developed a global PMO responsible for software development projects spanning three development centers in Richmond, Virginia, Prague, Czech Republic, and Bangalore, India.
