Her more than twenty years of channel-focused activity have been characterized by leadership activity that has helped drive the inclusion of women into the highest levels of executive leadership. Gadda is president-elect and a founding member for Women in the Channel (WIC), a grassroots organization formed to educate and empower women with careers in the telecommunications sales channel. She has also served as a member of its board of directors, filling the roles of chair of events and chair of outreach programs. Gadda additionally serves on the CompTIA Telecom Advisory Council and is an Executive Council Member of Advancing Women in IT. Gadda graduated from the Parsons School of Design with a degree focused on Corporate Identity. She is located in Sonoma, California.

Inc., where he automated, streamlined and guided the business through 400 percent growth and facilitated two acquisitions.  Previously, he held several business development and operations positions including InPhonic Inc/Simplexity (Inc Magazine # 1 Fastest Growing Company, IPO 2004). Before that, Knocke spent 14 years with GTE/Verizon leading new initiatives in Marketing, New Product Development, Systems Integration, Product Fulfillment and Finance. .


Adam Kujawa 
Malware Intelligence Manager

Adam Kujawa has been active in the security community for over 10 years, primarily in the fields of malware analysis and online threats. His experience ranges from helping government agencies battle against nation state-sponsored malware to developing training for junior security specialists. In addition to his work in the public sector, he has spent the last four years on the front lines of the fight against user- and enterprise-targeted attacks, presenting at numerous conferences on topics such as ransomware and malware analysis. He currently works as the Head of Malware Intelligence for Malwarebytes and is one of the primary contributors of analysis and thought leadership for the company.

Before joining Continuum, Dave was a Technical Account Manager for Zenith Infotech, owner of Blackberry Meadows Organic Farm, and a technician with Team 1 Systems. In addition to several technical certifications, Dave has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as playing hockey and golf.


Randy M. Bowie

Randy Bowie joined Continuum in 2014 with the acquisition of R1Soft, bringing solutions delivery expertise for IT operations. Randy is currently responsible for Continuity247 and R1Soft product lines.

Prior to joining Continuum, Randy led the product development organization for Idera, delivering award-winning tools for Microsoft SQL Server and SharePoint management and for R1Soft’s leading BDR solution for web-hosting service providers.

Randy holds a Master of Science with emphasis on Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi, where he studied computational modeling of large-scale fluid systems.



Mark Connolly

Mark Connolly has been Vice President of Sales at Continuum Managed IT Services since 2011. Bringing more than 20 years of sales and business development experience, he is responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic direction of the sales organization. Previously, Mark worked as a sales consultant, developing growth strategies for early stage software companies. He has also served as the VP of Sales for several software companies including Bowstreet, Watchfire, HealthcareSource and e-Credit, where he built and led the sales organizations, driving revenue growth in the companies' early stages. Mark was also a Director of Sales for IBM in the Lotus division, VP of Business Development for Computer Associates and held several sales and leadership positions with Kronos, Inc. for nearly 13 years. 


Nicolas Dard

Nicolas Dard is Product Manager with Continuum, responsible for third party products integration for the company’s Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solution. He was previously Product Manager and Engineer with Qualisteo in Nice, France, and a Functional Analyst consultant for Amadeus.

He holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Signal processing from Imperial College London and a Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering and management from Supelec Paris.



Keith Fotta

Shauna Peters
Senior Technical Account Manager

Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Shauna Peters is a Senior Technical Account Manager at Continuum Managed IT Services, with numerous certifications including CompTIA’s A+ and Network+, MOS Office Outlook 2010, MOS Office 365 and more. She has also served Continuum as Service Desk Engineer, skilled in proactive identification and resolution of critical systems and network issues. She was Help Desk Tech at Paul C. Zeshan Raja
Assistant Director of Technical Account Management

Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Zeshan Raja is Assistant Director of Technical Account Management at Continuum Managed IT Services. Previously, he held technical account manager and product specialist positions at Zenith InfoTech. He was Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst for Industrial Scientific, global leader in gas detection. Jacque Rowden
Senior Director of the Help Desk

Jacque Rowden has managed technical teams for 25 years.  She is currently the Senior Director of the Help Desk at Continuum. Prior to Continuum, Jacque was the Manager of Customer Support for the Askesis Development Group and an Engagement Manager for ServiceNow.

She has a B.S. in Biology and her certifications include MCSE, HDI Support Center Director, IT Project Management and ITIL v.3 Foundations.  Her teams have been HDI and ICMI finalists in several categories. The Continuum Help Desk was a finalist for HDI’s inaugural Service Improvement Award in 2014.


Raymond Vrabel 
Director of Technical Account Management

Raymond Vrabel is Director of Technical Account Management for Continuum, the technology industry’s only channel-exclusive provider of fully integrated managed services solutions. Ray’s main role at Continuum involves participating in product and service growth initiatives. He also manages Continuum’s Technical Account Management team, which supports more than 3,500 partners worldwide. Ray defines business strategies by applying knowledge based on the Managed Services market.

Prior to joining Continuum in 2010, Ray held various positions at Zenith Infotech, which included Service Desk Manager, Senior Technical Account Manager and Senior Manager of Service Operations. He currently has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in Managed Services, Disaster Recovery, and Cloud Solutions.

Amory Wakefield
