As Vice President of Cybersecurity Services, Mike Buratowski is responsible for managing the Network Defense and Forensics business area at Fidelis Cybersecurity, including the Digital Forensics Lab. Prior to joining Fidelis, he was the Business Area Director for the Cyber Operations Solutions business and program manager for the US-CERT contract in the Cyber Division of General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems. Mr. Buratowski served in various operational roles at General Dynamics, including nearly ten years on the Defense Computer Forensics Laboratory contract as an examiner in the Major Crimes & Safety section, a network intrusion examiner in the Intrusions & Information Assurance section, and the section chief of the Imaging & Extraction section. Before his tenure with General Dynamics, Mr. Buratowski was a Police Officer with the Montgomery County, Maryland Police Department where he served as a detective in the Computer Crimes Unit. He holds a Master of Science in Forensic Studies of Information Systems from Stevenson University as well as a Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.

An office equipment veteran, Ed McLaughlin has more than 40 years of experience in the information and imaging industries. He was President of Sharp Imaging & Information Company of America for more than nine years and Executive Advisor at Sharp Electronics for nearly two years. Prior to Sharp, Ed served as Vice President, Direct Operations for Savin/Ricoh. He was President of Duplifax, a Canon USA Company and Director, National Accounts Division for Canon USA. He also served NeXT Object Channel Partner and Sperry Rand Corp. In September 2016, Ed was appointed Vice-Chairman of Innovolt, Inc., a provider of power-protection solutions and analytics. He previously worked with Innovolt as a strategic advisor. He is currently President and CEO at Valderus, bringing together dealerships with an innovative approach for shared profitability while retaining local management and brand identity.
Ed began his career in the office equipment industry in 1971 as a sales representative for 3M Company. He has received many honors during his career including Marketing Research Associates’ Lifetime Achievement and a BTA Lifetime Achievement, both in 2012.
Brian joined Continuum Managed IT Services in 2015 as VP, Products. Previously, Brian was Senior Director, Business Line Management at UpToDate, a premier evidence-based clinical decision support resource, leading a team of six product managers, UX designer and UI developer managing a $250 million SaaS product line. At Kronos, he led a team of seven product managers and directors driving a $200 million portfolio of products. He was CEO and VP, Business Development at Clinton Foundation-Alliance for a Healthier Generation. Brian has served iManage, Ariba (now part of SAP) and Documentum (now part of EMC), among others in senior product management roles. He has a master’s degree in chemistry from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Pennsylvania State University.

As Senior Director, Strategic Partners, Raymond Vrabel focuses on helping to drive the recruitment, on-boarding and launch of the strategic new partners for Continuum Managed Services. Ray focuses his time on the largest prospective partners across various selling teams (Channel Development, Office Equipment, Telecommunications, Europe and Business Development). In his role Ray will be involved in all aspects of the program including the management of the team of Tech Specialists that are currently involved with this program.
Prior to his new role he lead Continuum's Technical Account Management teams for several years as the Director of Technical Account Management. Nicolas Dard is a Sr. Product Manager on the RMM product management team at Continuum, with responsability for all things security, including patching.

Joy began her consulting practice with Hebrew Union College (HUC), her largest client at 30-hours per week for eight years. Tim Weber, Director of Infrastructure Services, has been with ADNET since 1994. Tim began his career as a Systems Engineer and rapidly progressed into a leadership role in 1999. Since then, Tim has focused on the continual growth and development of ADNET’s service delivery team, and on the evolution of ADNET’s delivery model.

Dan Wilson has built a successful career, spanning over 30-years, in the field of Information Technology. Dan served in the U.S. Air Force for 11 1/2 years where he built his technology career as a small computer technician, network administrator, and network manager and earned degrees in Information Systems and Education. Upon his return from service, he spent time as a network engineer and independent contractor managing the technology infrastructures for many Fortune 1000 companies.

Jeff Barnett is the Assistant Director of Partner Services working with the onboarding of new MSP’s that come onto the Continuum platform. He has served 10 years in the U.S.A.F. Shortly after leaving the Air Force he started working for the platform in early 2008 as one of the original 13 Help Desk Technicians in Cranberry PA. From this position he moved up from Technical Sales Engineer to his current position creating and maintaining the training regimen for new Continuum MSPs.
Sean Butler is a Sr. Product Manager on the RMM product management team at Continuum where he is responsible for network and virtual monitoring solutions. Prior to joining Continuum, Sean served as a Product Manager at ABILITY Network where he was part of the product management team responsible for launching new products into the post-acute healthcare market. Sean has also served as a Research Analyst at the Aberdeen Group where he covered mobile, cloud computing and other technologies that organizations are deploying and managing today. Prior to joining Aberdeen, Sean also served in product management with Imprivata, a Healthcare IT company, and Kronos, a leading HCM software provider. Bill Ooms has over 30 years of experience in computer consulting. Bruce Nelson started his career in public accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consulting. His focus during that part of his career was on the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics GP solution. The experience gained by working with hundreds of clients in various industries position Bruce well to take on his next role of President of Vertical Solutions. John Machacek is the Director of Operations for ZLan Partners, Inc. He is responsible for the operational efficiencies as related to internal and external service delivery. John started with ZLan in 2008, developing the Managed Services and Business Continuity offerings for the company. Joerg Laves is the founder and owner of IT Secure in Manchester, NH. Based in the Cranberry Township, PA office of Continuum, Corey Nulton is the Senior Partner Development Manager in the Northeast region. Prior to Continuum, he had worked in the Value Added Reseller space outside of Washington, DC, selling security and backup solutions to Federal, State, and Local government entities. Corey leveraged this experience to land a job with Continuum as an Account Executive in 2013. In the last 3 years, he has gone from an Account Executive, to Account Manager, to Senior Partner Development Manager within the organization. Alex Hoff is the co-founder and VP of product and sales at Auvik Networks. He also spearheads Auvik’s channel program, working closely with MSPs to identify growth opportunities for their businesses.
Prior to co-founding Auvik, Alex was senior product manager at Sandvine, a publicly traded company that sells networking solutions to some of the biggest telecom companies in the world. Alex has a degree in computer science, as well an MBA.
Raffi was born in London, and raised in New Jersey, by two Armenian parents who were born in Lebanon. Raffi graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Computer Engineering and from Fairleigh Dickenson University with an MBA in Information Systems. After some engineering work, Raffi worked in Corporate IT at mid-tier financial services firms from 1995 up until starting Triada Networks in 2008. Raffi has 4 boys, coaches soccer although never played himself, is an rabid Steelers fan since the third grade and is a follower of the Queens Park Rangers now relegated from the Premier league. Raffi holds a Computer Information Systems Security Professional certification, has held political office (reluctantly).
Matt Hubbell is the Regional Sales Manager for Continuum. He has been with the company for about a year and a half and prior to that spent about 3 years selling Managed IT Services for a national MSP.
When Matt isn’t at work helping to support our valued partners you can find him enjoying time with his wife and son. His summers are largely spent on the boat enjoying Pittsburgh’s 3 Rivers with family and friends and winter time flies past on the ski slopes. He enjoys the outdoors and loves being around water!
