3 Doc Center Pages You Should Be Leveraging

One of the resources we provide is our Doc Center, a central hub for valuable managed IT services information. With the volume of content on this site, we understand that sometimes our partners might not know where to start. That’s why we've outlined three Doc Center pages you should check out below! 

1. Help Desk Onboarding 

Getting ready to add a site to Help Desk? If so, there are some prerequisites for the site to go live. For our white label IT help desk to become an extension of your MSP business and service offering, you must complete this list of to-do's so that our techs can provide the expert support that you promised your clients. 

You’re not done yet. Consult the Help Desk Onboarding Checklist so everything can run as smoothly as possible when it’s time to flip the switch. We suggest you provide as many details about your clients as possible. That way, our techs have them covered when they're in need of support.

2. Server/Desktop Agent Schedule 

Ever wonder what the agent does and when? These pages visualize what the agent is automatically doing on a daily and weekly basis. These are not only informative, but also make a great sales tool to show your clients how you're proactively protecting and maintaining their machines. Be sure to check out both schedules:

  • The Server Agent Schedule outlines each agent – monitoring, antivirus, backup – and also provides a summary of weekly tasks broken down by each day of the week it occurs.
  • The Desktop Agent is similarly laid out with each type of agents – Patch, Hardware/Software, Disk Space – daily and weekly tasks. Also, it’s key to note operating system(s) on the schedule.

3. Vault Best Practices

This page demonstrates how to get the most out of Vault. This Vault set-up best practices guide helps you configure your back up and disaster recovery (BDR) with the proper settings to ensure smooth and uninterrupted backups. Don't leave data protection to chance! Prevent backup failure by following this useful BDR guide! Whether it’s configuring the correct connections to have agents installed or performing health checks on machines, reference this page to make sure everything is running efficiently.
