As many of you already know, Continuum University is our e-Learning academy, built to educate partners on our RMM platform and additional products. Our self-paced certification program teaches you and your techs how to save time and get the most out of our products. After 2 years, Continuum University has covered 98 topics, awarding to 700 certifications, with new courses being introduced each month!
Recently, we revamped Continuum University with a new look, additional features and updates...all based on your input! Partner feedback is important to us so make sure you keep sending ideas our way. Our in-house technical trainer, Jen Roadman, has been hard at work receiving and implementing your requests! Here are three new updates that’ll make your Continuum University experience that much more scalable and instructive.
1. Improved Navigation and Usability
Before, ContinuumU users had trouble finding the content they wanted between clicks, and page loads time added up.
Now, ContinuumU boasts a simpler interface with easier course navigation! With fewer clicks, you’re able to access the content you want faster!
Also, be sure to check the new addition section on the homepage (pictured below) to see new courses added and feature updates!
2. New Course Categories
No need to spend time finding your courses or navigating through numerous pages. Our courses are now streamlined to make sure you get the most out of your time spent on ContinuumU. New course categories, organized by products, include Remote Monitoring and Management, Backup Solutions, Cloud, and Service Desk.
Now, onboarding new techs is easy! They can quickly dive into learning the ins and outs of our RMM platform. Need a quick start guide on how to convert your appliances to Vault with BDR Revive? Now, you’ll be seamlessly directed to the right resource as soon as you visit ContinuumU.
3. Course Assignment
Don’t need each of your techs completing each course? With the new course assignment feature, you can handpick the courses you want staff to complete.
Curious how to do this? Log in to ContinuumU and follow these step-by-step directions to do so:
Click “Assign Courses” in Group Management → Select Users → Select Courses → Click Submit
Once assigned, users will automatically be enrolled in courses and when they log in, will see them in their "My Courses" list.
