Key Responsibilities

  • Managing various technical issues within the SLA in Real Time Operations.
  • Schedule the Down Time & Resolving Issues before Meeting deadlines without compromising quality norms and adhering to SLA.
  • Understanding client's requirements and providing best solution.
  • Analyze various processes & recommending modifications in meeting customer needs and other external strategic demands.
  • Handling escalations of Tickets and Tasks by communicating with SDM & Technical Managers.

Required Qualifications

  • Good Communication.
  • Ready to work in 24*7 support
  • Ready to Work on rotational Shift.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge on Servers, Desktop, Laptops, NW equipment’s, printers, Operating System & Desktop SW.
  • People Management skills with prior background on handling a Team.
  • Status and report tracking for the offshore team.

Educational Qualifications

  • Any Graduate
