Michael George has over 25 years of experience in starting, building and leading world-class technology companies. He has served as CEO at Continuum since 2011, ensuring the company provides its thousands of Managed Services Provider (MSP) partners who serve the SMB markets around the globe with the platform and tools they need to capture their portion of the growing $241 billion managed IT services market. His maxim to enable the company’s IT Service Provider partners to leverage a global digital transformation, Continuum’s “smart-sourcing” model, dynamically delivers the right IT functions on demand. This transformational business model uniquely enables Continuum partners to focus on more strategic initiatives to grow their business, producing the most successful MSPs in the industry. He previously served as CEO at OATSystems, Bowstreet and Interlynx, and held executive leadership positions at TALX Corporation and DEKA Corporation.
Michael founded the Continuum Veterans Foundation, a nonprofit organization providing financial support to local and national charities that focus on helping veterans find jobs in IT and serves on its Board of Directors. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, including ITEX, CMIT, Technology Assurance Group (TAG), Business Technology Association (BTA) and Navigate by Continuum, among others.
Michael is a graduate of Suffolk University where he served as a Trustee for 10 years and completed MIT's Birthing of Giants Executive MBA Program.
One of the original three founders of Continuum Managed IT Services, Steve Royal is Chief Financial Officer, leading global financial and HR operations of the company. He has over 30 years of leadership experience in building rapidly changing private and public software, service and technology companies. Most recently, Steve was CFO at BzzAgent, a leading social marketing company, which was sold to Dunnhumby, a subsidiary of Tesco, in May 2011. He was previously Senior Vice President and CFO at Copanion, OATSystems, Net to Net Technologies, Engage, Inc., where he took the company to an IPO as well as Omega Performance Corporation.
Early in his career, he spent nearly 13 years at Arthur D. Little, an international management consulting firm. Steve has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Merrimack College and a master’s degree in business administration from Saint Mary’s College.
Based in Continuum’s Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania office, Robert Kocis was named to the company’s newly created executive position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), effective October 3, 2016, to further international expansion and accelerate partner success initiatives. He brings more than 20 years of experience in global sales leadership and business management. Currently, he is Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Customer Excellence at ANSYS (NASDAQ: ANSS), where he joined in 2014, providing leadership for the overall strategy and management of the global activities of the company’s sales and technical support units.
Previously, Robert spent 16 years with PTC, Inc., a U.S. based software company specializing in 3D design software, product lifecycle management and service management solutions, in progressive sales leadership positions. Most recently at PTC, he served as Senior Divisional Vice President of Asia Pacific Sales and Distribution, where he oversaw PTC’s operations across Asia. Prior to that, Robert was responsible for creating and leading PTC’s SMB Channel Advantage Program.
Robert has a bachelor’s degree in marine engineering systems from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. He is also a graduate of the General Dynamics Nuclear Engineering School.
Jeanne Hopkins is Senior Vice President & CMO at Continuum Managed IT Services. She has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience and is renowned in data-driven, high-velocity demand creation marketing programs for high-growth SaaS companies. Since joining Continuum in 2013, she has built a powerhouse metrics based sales and marketing machine. She is co-author of a No. 1 best-selling mobile marketing book on Amazon.com, Go Mobile.
Jeanne was Vice President of Marketing at HubSpot where her marketing leadership helped the company become the second-fastest growing software company in the Inc. 500 by generating over 50,000 net new leads each month. She was CMO of SmartBear and MECLabs, owner of MarketingSherpa, MarketingExperiments and InTouch, as well as Senior Director, Marketing Programs and Communications for Symmetricom. She is on the Advisory Boards of Bedrock Data and BrightInfo as well as Co-Chair of the MassTLC Sales and Marketing Cluster.
Most recently, Jeanne was named to CRN’s 2016 Women of the Channel and Power 100. She has been honored by the Sales Lead Management Association (SLMA) as one of the 50 Most Influential Sales Lead Management professionals, 2011– 2014 and 40 Most Inspiring Leaders in 2015 and a 20 Women to Watch in Sales Lead Management winner for five straight years, most recently in 2016. John Mandel brings over 25 years of engineering and management experience to lead Continuum’s 180-person engineering team. His experience is helping to accelerate Continuum’s pace of innovation, advance the ease of integration into its market leading portal platform, advance technical diligence on M&A opportunities, and ensure leadership in RMM, backup and cloud services. He was Vice President of Engineering at ACI Worldwide (Nasdaq:ACIW), a leading global provider of electronic payment and banking solutions, where he was responsible for four products that contributed nearly 50 percent of ACI’s $1 billion in revenue. Prior to ACI, John led various engineering teams in large and small as well as mature and entrepreneurial companies.
Most recently, he was Technical Advisor at Dazzmobile, helping with technology options, partnership evaluations and product definition for its new mobile SaaS platform. He was Vice President of Product Development at Kofax, a leading provider of smart process applications that combine market leading capture, process management, mobile and analytics capabilities, acquired by Lexmark International, Inc. He was also Vice President, Engineering at Plectix BioSystems. In 1998, he co-founded MarketSoft and spent more than seven years as Vice President, Engineering and CTO. He has held various engineering roles for Unica Corporation, Wildfire Communications and Epoch Systems, among others.

Rob Autor applies his nearly 30 years of experience in building and leading top-performing technology and customer service organizations to his mission of delivering world-class service to Continuum’s thousands of MSP partners. Since joining Continuum Managed IT Services in 2012, Rob has transformed the company's network operations center (NOC) and Help Desk operations, streamlining partner workloads by refining or eliminating millions of alerts and focusing these organizations on delivery of superior service. He has also driven Continuum’s overhaul of its technology infrastructure to increase platform reliability and performance and implemented a comprehensive information security program. His initiatives helped to drive a 50-percent increase in Continuum's year-over-year Net Promoter Score and further reinforced the company's focus on its channel partners. In 2013, Rob was named to the MSPmentor 250 listing of the world's most progressive managed services thought leaders.
Prior to joining Continuum, Rob spent nearly a decade at Sallie Mae, most recently as Executive Vice President, Operations and Technology where he led global IT, customer service and back-office processing organizations comprising more than 5,000 FTE. Earlier, Rob held CIO and COO positions at a leading student loan company. He was also a management consultant at both Price Waterhouse and Towers Perrin where he led technology and business strategy engagements for some of the world’s most prestigious companies. Rob has a bachelor’s degree in business and computer science from the State University of New York at Albany.
Ai-Li Lim works to ensure that Continuum is a great place to work for its 1,200 employees located in five global offices. She has more than 15 years of progressive experience leading all aspects of human resource management, including recruiting, performance management, organizational development, employee relations, communications and compensation. Most recently, she was Vice President, Human Resources at Boston Beer Company where she supported 1,500 employees in nine locations including a 450+ person field sales force. At the company, Ai-Li developed and implemented multiple new structures and processes to support more than 20 percent growth and to drive organizational effectiveness, including multiple cultural and engagement initiatives.
As Senior Director, Human Resources for VistaPrint, she introduced a new HR strategy and organizational design to drive employee engagement and cultural change as well as led all aspects of HR due diligence and post-acquisition integration activities for $6.5 million acquisition. She was Director, Management Effectiveness for Fidelity Human Resource Services and served Cambridge, Massachusetts-based Monitor Group in various HR roles for more than seven years.
Ai-Li has a master’s degree in business administration with distinction from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management with a concentration in management and strategy, marketing and organizational behavior. She has a bachelor’s degree in political psychology from Williams College.
As Vice President of Partner Success at Continuum, Dee Zepf provides a broad organizational focus on partner satisfaction, engagement, growth and retention. Dee joined Continuum as a founding member of the executive team in 2011, bringing over 20 years of software and product management experience with her. In her first four years with the company, as VP Products and Technical Services, she established a robust partner feedback process, delivered 44 consecutive monthly releases and established Continuum University.
Dee also created a Partner Advisory Council that brings together 15 of Continuum’s partners and gives them a seat at the table for all strategic business and product planning. She has a long track record of building great products with a strong commitment to customer success. She is passionate about exceptional user experience and is responsible for ensuring that Continuum partners get the absolute most out of the company’s platform.
Dee was previously Sr. Director, Product at Care.com, Senior Product Manager at IBM and Director, Product Management at Bowstreet. She has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and economics from Simmons College. She was named a CRN Channel Chief in 2014 and 2015 and recognized by CRN as one of the top Women of the Channel, 2013-2016.
Brian joined Continuum Managed IT Services in 2015 as VP, Products. Previously, Brian was Senior Director, Business Line Management at UpToDate, a premier evidence-based clinical decision support resource, leading a team of six product managers, UX designer and UI developer managing a $250 million SaaS product line. At Kronos, he led a team of seven product managers and directors driving a $200 million portfolio of products. He was CEO and VP, Business Development at Clinton Foundation-Alliance for a Healthier Generation. Brian has served iManage, Ariba (now part of SAP) and Documentum (now part of EMC), among others in senior product management roles. He has a master’s degree in chemistry from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Pennsylvania State University.
Brian has been on the Board of Advisors at CYCLE Kids, addressing the issue of inactivity and poor nutrition habits of students, as well as families and school staff, since 2012. He also served on the Board of Directors for Jericho Road Project, a group of volunteer experts who have helped non-profits deliver stronger services including strategic planning, marketing, IT, Web design and more, to communities in Massachusetts and across the country.
Steve leads Continuum’s corporate development efforts, encompassing the establishment of relationships with key technology partners and the definition and execution of the company’s mergers and acquisitions strategy. Steve identified and led Continuum’s acquisition of R1Soft, a leading provider of server backup software for the Web hosting industry, in July 2014. Steve also heads the company’s analytics strategy, including the establishment of an organization-wide business intelligence platform.
Steve joined Continuum in late 2011, shortly after sourcing the company as an investment for Summit Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm with more than $16 billion in capital raised, where he spent several years identifying and executing investments in rapidly growing software businesses and gaining deep knowledge of the software-as-a-service industry. Prior to Summit, Steve worked in investment banking at Citi in New York.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys traveling, outdoor recreation and being active in community and non-profit efforts. Since 2008, he has served on the board of Minds Matter of Boston, a non-profit organization that transforms the lives of accomplished high school students from low-income families by preparing them for college success. Steve graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with a bachelor’s degree in management.

John R. Carroll joined Summit Partners in 1993 from BayBank. After attending business school, John worked for Bain & Company and then rejoined Summit in 1998.
Based in Summit's Boston office, John is active in the firm's investment activities in North America, Europe and Asia, and focuses primarily on the technology sector.
During his 17 years with Summit Partners, John has served as the director of many companies. He is currently a director of Associa, Continuum, Fortegra Financial (NYSE: FRF), Help/Systems, Solid State Equipment and Systems Maintenance Services. His prior directorships include Blue Ocean Software (acquired by Intuit), Clinical Pathology Laboratories (acquired by Sonic Healthcare), FleetCor Technologies (NYSE: FLT), Innov-X Systems (acquired by Olympus Corporation) and Sybari Software (acquired by Microsoft).
John holds an AB in economics, cum laude, from Dartmouth College and a Masters in Management, with Distinction, from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
Craig Dynes brings 30 years of experience in the software industry. Most recently, while preparing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for Dealer.com, he negotiated and closed the sale of the 800+ person software as a service company to Dealertrack, the leading provider of digital solutions to the automotive retail industry, for $1 billion. Previously, he was CFO at Pegasystems (Nasdaq:PEGA) when the company was ranked number 16 on the Fortune 100 list of fastest growing public companies
He has held numerous financial positions for both start-up and public companies, including CFO for Demandware, SilverStream Software, Powersoft/Sybase and Watcom. While at SilverStream, he completed nearly a dozen acquisitions by the company and then the acquisition of SilverStream by Novell in 2002. He also raised approximately $300 million through an IPO and follow-on offering there as well as approximately $100 million through many private financings. He has a wide range of experience in software business including acquisitions, both as acquirer and target, writing code, sales and complete strategic and business model transformations. He is also on the Board of Directors for Applause.com and CarNow, Inc.
Paul Chisholm’s career in the IT industry spans more than four decades, and he has one of the best, long-term performance records of any CEO. He is a retired CEO of mindSHIFT Technologies, a Ricoh company and one of the largest IT outsourcing and cloud services providers serving small and medium sized businesses. Under Paul’s leadership, mindSHIFT was recognized as the No. 1 MSP in the United States for four consecutive years, listed in the MSPmentor 100 global report.
Prior to joining mindSHIFT, Paul provided business management and telecom consulting to various venture capital firms. From 1996-2001, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of COLT Telecom Group headquartered in London. He started his career at COLT in 1992 as the company’s first Managing Director and grew the company from inception to a public company with revenue of $1 billion. He was ranked the 26th Best-Performing CEO in the World by Harvard Business Review. Paul maintains active involvement in the industry by providing business consulting and management development for young startup businesses.Paul is an active board member of several companies and educational institutions.
An office equipment veteran, Ed McLaughlin has more than 40 years of experience in the information and imaging industries. He was President of Sharp Imaging & Information Company of America for more than nine years and Executive Advisor at Sharp Electronics for nearly two years. Prior to Sharp, Ed served as Vice President, Direct Operations for Savin/Ricoh. He was President of Duplifax, a Canon USA Company and Director, National Accounts Division for Canon USA. He also served NeXT Object Channel Partner and Sperry Rand Corp. In September 2016, Ed was appointed Vice-Chairman of Innovolt, Inc., a provider of power-protection solutions and analytics. He previously worked with Innovolt as a strategic advisor. He is currently President and CEO at Valderus, bringing together dealerships with an innovative approach for shared profitability while retaining local management and brand identity.
Ed began his career in the office equipment industry in 1971 as a sales representative for 3M Company. He has received many honors during his career including Marketing Research Associates’ Lifetime Achievement and a BTA Lifetime Achievement, both in 2012.
Bob, a 35 year veteran of the IT industry, is responsible for spearheading the Exchange Solutions growth trajectory and field sales strategies, driving Exchange Solutions' business development efforts through the acquisition of new client relationships and expansion of its market share. In his long history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, Bob brings a wealth of experience establishing various infrastructure, systems, processes and channel partnerships, as well as building, managing and leading sales teams in bottom line growth for SMBs as well as enterprise organizations.
Prior to joining Exchange Solutions, Bob held a wide variety of executive leadership and business development roles including Chairman and CEO of Altio; VP of Global Sales, Services and Business Development for Bowstreet; and not least of all Director of Global Business Development for Watson Solutions at IBM, where Bob led the team responsible for commercializing the Watson technology famously featured on Jeopardy!
Hugh brings nearly 30 years of experience in the enterprise software and telecommunications industries to the development of EnerNOC's SaaS energy management platform where he serves as Vice President of Engineering. Prior to EnerNOC, Hugh served as Vice President of Engineering for Kronos Inc., a Massachusetts-based workforce management solutions firm, where he led a global application development team of 425 engineers based in three countries. Under his leadership, the firm launched a next-generation user interface as well as mobile applications and the InTouch® Terminal.
Hugh is the former President and CEO of Ounce Labs, where he managed the privately held software company's broad-based strategy and achieved 400 percent customer growth before Ounce was purchased by IBM Rational in 2009. From 2003-2005, Hugh served as Vice President of Product Development at IBM Rational, and he has also held software management and engineering leadership roles at Rational Software, DSC Communications and Nortel. Hugh holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario.
