In order to support our partners, website visitors and prospects, and employees, Continuum collects various types of data and personally identifiable information. In some cases, Continuum leverages third-party vendors and tools to collect additional data. We are working with these vendors to ensure they will be GDPR compliant by May of this year.

How Data is Used

We use data and personal data to communicate with website visitors and users and to provide rich digital experiences and to support our social media and advertising efforts. Data and information captured via web forms are used for website analytics and reporting purposes, and to enhance the experience of visitors to Continuum-owned domains with features such as live chat availability, personalized site search results, content recommendations and more. We also anonymize and aggregate data collected through our website for analytics and other purposes.

When submitting information via one of our forms, website visitors may also receive follow-up communications from our marketing or sales teams to ensure we are responding to user needs and requests for information.

Data Usage Practices for Continuum Partners

Continuum collects data and personal data to support our Partners and their use of Continuum’s IT services, including Operation Center, Help Desk, system monitoring and management, backup and other IT services.

Information collected through Continuum’s services and our website is used primarily to provide the best possible service to our Partners and, when requested, our Partner’s customers. This can include technical support, responding to user requests, direct systems configuration, backup administration and support, and help desk ticket management.

Types of Data Continuum Collects

Continuum collects data and personal data via our web portals and installed agents which can include name, company name, address and email address, endpoint IP address and endpoint MAC address. We use the information we collect, including personal data, to respond to any request or query directed to us, to provide you with our products and Services and to manage our relationship with you.

Third-Party Vendor usage

In some cases, Continuum leverages third-party vendors and tools to perform Services for and on behalf of our Partners. We are working with these vendors to ensure they will be GDPR compliant by May of this year.

How Data is Used

We use data and personal data we collect to communicate with our Partners and, as appropriate, with our Partners’ end customers, and perform technical work on Partners’ end customers. We can capture data and information via Continuum portals, during our interactions with Continuum Partners and their end customers, and via agent software that resided on the end-points of Continuum Partner end customers. We use that data to communicate with our Partners and, when requested, our Partners’ end customers. We also use that data as part of our internal analytics and reporting processes to improve the services we deliver to our Partners.

Data Usage Practices for Continuum Employees

Continuum collects data and personal data about our employees that allows us to communicate with the employee and provide various workplace benefits to the employee. Information is generally collected in the following forms: personal contact information, including tax ID, family details, and health details via third party insurance providers.

Information collected through Continuum’s HR department is used primarily to provide benefits to employees.

We use the information we collect, including personal data, to respond to any request or query directed to us, to provide employees with corporate benefits and to manage our relationship with our employees.

Third-Party Vendor Usage

In some cases, Continuum leverages third-party vendors and tools to manage and support benefits for our employees. We are working with these vendors to ensure they will be GDPR compliant by May of this year.

How Data is Used

We use data and personal data we collect to communicate with our employees, to manage their benefits, and to maintain basic employment information if the employee leaves Continuum.

Commitment to Informed Consent

We are currently evaluating website, product and employment practices to ensure that we are protecting the rights of all website visitors, partners and employees by being more transparent about our data collection and usage policies. We will be making updates to our products and practices prior to the GDPR taking effect to ensure users will have the ability to consent to the collection of their personal data, access their personal data, and have their personal data removed.
