Michael George has more than 25 years of experience creating, building and leading world-class technology companies. He has served as CEO since Continuum was formed in 2011, and ensures the company provides its thousands of MSP partners with the platform and tools they need to thrive in today’s $241 billion managed IT services market.

Michael has previously served as CEO at OATSystems, Bowstreet and Interlynx, and has held executive leadership positions at TALX Corporation and DEKA Corporation.

He is also the founder and a member of the Board of Directors for the Continuum Veterans Foundation, a nonprofit organization which provides financial support to local and national charities that focus on helping veterans find jobs in IT. Michael is a frequent keynote speaker at industry events including ITEX, CMIT, Technology Assurance Group (TAG), Business Technology Association (BTA) and Navigate by Continuum, among other

Michael is a graduate of Suffolk University where he served as a Trustee for 10 years and completed MIT's Birthing of Giants Executive MBA Program.

John Mandel
Senior Vice President of Engineering

John Mandel is Continuum’s Senior Vice President of Engineering, and is tasked with leading the company’s 200+ engineering staff to accelerate the company’s growth and innovation strategy. With more than 25 years of experience in engineering and management, John’s focus is on building and delivering industry-leading IT management solutions and technologies to Continuum’s MSP partners.

Prior to joining Continuum, he was Vice President of Engineering at ACI Worldwide—a leading global provider of electronic payment and banking solutions—where he was responsible for four products which comprised nearly 50 percent of ACI’s $1 billion in revenue.

John has also served as Vice President of Product Development at Kofax, a leading provider of smart process applications that combine market leading capture, process management, mobile and analytics capabilities, acquired by Lexmark International, Inc.

John has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Vice President of Product

Fielder Hiss is Continuum’s Vice President of Product, and oversees the strategy, vision and execution behind Continuum’s IT management platform and related services. With more than 15 years of experience as an entrepreneurial executive—and significant focus in product strategy and management, product marketing, strategic planning and sales—Fielder is able to effectively translate market opportunities and customer needs into successful business strategies.

Prior to joining Continuum, Fielder was responsible for marketing, product strategy and product management for the energy software company EnerNOC. He held a similar position at Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corporation, where he drove the expansion of the company’s product line into a series of integrated solutions that helped business large and small enhance the speed of their product development process.

Fielder is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Geoffrey Willison

Chief Financial Officer

Geoffrey Willison is Continuum’s Chief Financial Officer, and is responsible for aligning Continuum’s financial planning, strategy and budget with the company’s mission and growth plan. He brings an extensive background in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, and global corporate strategy to Continuum.

Prior to joining Continuum, Geoffrey was CEO at Valore where he had previously held the roles of Chief Operations Officer (COO) & Head of Finance. He also served as COO and President of the student marketing company Edvisors, before which he created strategic growth strategies for mid-market and Fortune 500 companies at The Boston Consulting Group. His experience with large multi-national enterprises includes the development and execution of a global trade finance strategy for a leading commercial financial institution, managing global supply chain transformation for a $4B leader of communication systems and equipment, and initiating multiple joint ventures and strategic alliances.

Geoffrey is also a Board Member at School the World, a non-profit that fights extreme poverty at its roots by bringing quality education to the world's poorest children. He received an A.B. cum laude from Dartmouth College and a M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Tasos Tsolakis
Tasos Tsolakis
Senior Vice President of Global Service Delivery

Tasos Tsolakis is Continuum’s Senior Vice President of Global Service Delivery, and is responsible for delivering world-class service to Continuum’s MSP partners through the company’s NOC, SOC and Help Desk operations.

Prior to joining Continuum, he was Iron Mountain’s Executive Vice President, Global Services and Chief Information Officer, where he led the company’s Global Services Organization and the company’s transformation initiatives. At Iron Mountain, Tasos was focused on strengthening the company’s technology and services by working strategically with teams across the globe to manage risk and create a consistent standard of superior service to external and internal customers.

Tasos has also served as CIO at Affiliated Computer Services (now Conduent), as Home Depot’s Vice President of Direct to Consumer Solutions and IT shared services, and has held leadership positions at GE Information Services and AT&T.

Tasos holds an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Business School; a Ph.D. and M.S. in electrical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University; and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Wilkes University.

Tina McNulty

Vice President of Marketing

Tina McNulty joins Continuum to lead the Global Marketing efforts after a very successful career, most recently, driving global expansion for BMC leading their Strategic Marketing Team. While at BMC, Tina led a critical transformation to the Security and Automation division that propelled BMC into a market leader in that space.

Tina has held several leadership roles with other technology market leaders like Cisco Systems, EMC Corporation and VCE, Inc. driving partner go-to-market and marketing programs globally. Tina will be responsible for all of Continuum’s marketing including brand development, communications, demand creation, partner marketing and corporate positioning.

She is a graduate of SUNY Brockport with a Bachelor degree of International Studies.

Robert Kocis

Chief Revenue Officer

Bob Kocis is Continuum’s Chief Revenue Officer, and is responsible for Continuum’s strategic go-to-market, global expansion and partner success efforts.

Bob brings more than 20 years of experience in global sales leadership and business management to Continuum, and before joining the company he served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Customer Excellence at ANSY.

Bob also held a number of sales leadership positions over a 16-year period at PTC, Inc., a U.S.-based software company specializing in 3D design software, product lifecycle management and service management solutions. He previously served as Senior Divisional Vice President of Asia Pacific Sales and Distribution, where he oversaw PTC’s operations across Asia. Prior to that, Bob was responsible for creating and leading PTC’s SMB Channel Advantage Program.

Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in marine engineering systems from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. He is also a graduate of the General Dynamics Nuclear Engineering School.

Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Ai-Li Lim is Continuum’s Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources, and oversees Continuum’s talent management and organizational effectiveness efforts while working to ensure that Continuum is a great place to work for the company’s global employees. She brings more than 15 years of experience to the company spanning all HR disciplines, including recruitment, performance management, organizational development, employee relations, communications and compensation.

Prior to joining Continuum, Ai-Li was Vice President of Human Resources at The Boston Beer Company where she supported 1,500 employees and led multiple initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness in a unique cultural environment which was experiencing more than 20 percent growth.

As Senior Director, Human Resources for Vistaprint, she introduced a new HR strategy and organizational design to foster engagement, learning and development, and cultural change. While there, she also led due diligence and post-acquisition integration activities for $6.5 million acquisition. Ai-Li was Director, Management Effectiveness for Fidelity Human Resource Services and served Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte), first as a strategy consultant and then in various HR roles, for over 15 years.

Ai-Li holds an MBA with distinction from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with concentrations in management and strategy, marketing and organizational behavior. She is a graduate of Williams College with a degree in political psychology.

Steve Cardillo

Vice President of Corporate Development

Steve Cardillo is Continuum’s Vice President of Corporate Development, and oversees the company’s technology partnerships, merger and acquisition activity, and business intelligence strategy. He was instrumental in Continuum’s acquisition of R1Soft, a leading provider of server backup software for web hosting providers.

Prior to joining Continuum, Steve worked at Boston-based private equity firm Summit Partners where he identified and executed investments with providers in the software-as-a-service market—one of which was Continuum. Prior to his time at Summit, Steve worked in investment banking at Citi in New York.

Steve also serves on the board of Minds Matter of Boston, a non-profit organization that transforms the lives of accomplished high school students from low-income families by preparing them for college success.

Steve graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with a bachelor’s degree in management.

President and CEO, Valderus and Board of Advisors, Continuum

An office equipment veteran, Ed McLaughlin has more than 40 years of experience in the information and imaging industries. He was President of Sharp Imaging & Information Company of America for more than nine years and Executive Advisor at Sharp Electronics for nearly two years. Prior to Sharp, Ed served as Vice President, Direct Operations for Savin/Ricoh. He was President of Duplifax, a Canon USA Company and Director, National Accounts Division for Canon USA. He also served NeXT Object Channel Partner and Sperry Rand Corp. In September 2016, Ed was appointed Vice-Chairman of Innovolt, Inc., a provider of power-protection solutions and analytics. He previously worked with Innovolt as a strategic advisor. He is currently President and CEO at Valderus, bringing together dealerships with an innovative approach for shared profitability while retaining local management and brand identity.

Ed began his career in the office equipment industry in 1971 as a sales representative for 3M Company. He has received many honors during his career including Marketing Research Associates’ Lifetime Achievement and a BTA Lifetime Achievement, both in 2012.

Dan Cooper

Managing Partner, Jamcoop LLC and Board of Advisors, Continuum

An office equipment veteran of over 30 years, Dan Cooper has extensive experience in both the office equipment and computer industries. In 1999, Dan joined Global Imaging Systems subsidiary Electronic Systems (ESI) and was soon appointed to the position of President in 2000. Under Dan’s leadership, ESI grew to into a dynamic $160 million company and one of the largest within the Global Imaging Systems portfolio. In 2005, Dan was promoted to the HQ of Global Imaging and was responsible for overseeing Global companies across the U.S. that included 41 organizations and $2 billion in revenue. Dan retired from Global Imaging Systems as President in August 2018. Prior to joining ESI, he spent 10 years with Danka Industries, where he served as a regional general manager responsible for sales, operations, and customer support.

Dan is currently Managing Partner of Jamcoop LLC and Chairman of Terrell’s Office Solutions. He continues to invest and consult with office equipment dealers across the country, helping the next generation of entrepreneurs diversify their companies into total solution providers. Dan also holds a business administration degree from Radford University.
